How do I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, you can submit your details via the website or call/whatsapp us on +91 8591242234. Alternatively, you can also email us on order@kundaligems.com or reach out to us on our social media handles. Our team will reach out to you and help you schedule an appointment as per your convenience of location and time.
Where is the Try At Home service available?
Currently, the Try At Home service is available in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.
How many pieces of jewellery can I try via this service?
Once you book an appointment, we will reach out to you for a consultation and you can select upto 5 designs for Try at home.
Do you charge for this service?
No! We are offering this service absolutely free of cost.
Do I have to commit to buying a product to be able to Try At Home?
No, there is no obligation for you to buy a product. In case you choose to purchase; our representative can take down your order details for processing.
How to select designs to Try at Home?
After you fill the Try at Home Form, our consultant will call to confirm the designs you want to try.
After trying, can I place the order on the spot?
Yes, if you like the design after trying you can go ahead and place an order with our Try at Home consultant.
